Blee provides software for self-custodial blockchain payments. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular service, Blee is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, investment adviser or financial adviser, and does not take possession of your private keys or guarantee your funds.
You are responsible for your device, private keys, recovery material, backup credentials and transaction approvals. Losing access to signing or recovery credentials can result in permanent loss of access to assets. Blee cannot guarantee recovery and cannot reverse a valid blockchain transaction.
Bluetooth proximity and a Blee display name or photo are convenience features, not a guarantee of a person's legal identity. Before approving a payment, verify that you selected the intended recipient, asset, network and amount. Payments sent to the wrong address or person may be irreversible.
Arc, Solana, NEAR, Zcash, RPC providers, internet connectivity, Bluetooth, mobile operating systems and other third-party infrastructure can be unavailable, delayed, congested, reorganized, upgraded or compromised. Transactions may fail, remain pending, incur fees, settle later than expected or display stale information.
Any balance conversion, asset price, chart, percentage change or market data shown by Blee is informational and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. It is not a quote, offer, recommendation or guarantee of execution price.
If and when $BLEE becomes available, nothing on the Blee app, website or social accounts is a promise of profit, price appreciation, liquidity, utility, rewards, exchange listing or continued availability. A token can lose some or all of its value. Nothing on this site is intended to determine how $BLEE is classified under the laws of any jurisdiction.
